Procedure Pricing Notice

Procedure fees vary depending on the complexity of the procedure, time required and supplies used. Your provider will discuss the total cost with you and obtain your approval before the procedure is performed.

Point-of-Care Testing

Tests performed right in the clinic

We offer a range of point-of-care tests that can be performed right in the office during your visit.

Point-of-care testing will be ordered based on the provider's clinical assessment, medical judgment and recommendations.

Testing may involve an additional fee. The provider will discuss any applicable costs before testing whenever possible.
