No. We are a self-pay practice with transparent pricing and no surprise bills.
Appointments are recommended, but walk-ins are welcome based on provider availability.

Pricing

Our prices are listed on our Pricing page and vary depending on the type of visit.

Yes. Payment is due at the time of your visit.

Appointments

Appointments must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
To help keep visits efficient and affordable, we recommend limiting each appointment to three concerns. Additional concerns may require a follow-up visit.
To provide quality care, keep visits affordable, and stay on schedule, some concerns may require a separate follow-up appointment.
Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled if there is not enough time remaining for the appointment.

Services

We provide preventive care, annual physicals, sick visits, chronic disease management, DOT physicals, sports physicals, telehealth, and select minor procedures.
No. If cervical cancer screening is needed, we can refer you to a gynecology provider.
Yes.
Yes. We offer select office procedures such as wound care, laceration repair, incision and drainage, foreign body removal, and other minor procedures.

Prescriptions and Labs

Yes, when medically appropriate based on your evaluation.
We offer select point-of-care testing and can order additional laboratory tests to be completed at your preferred laboratory when indicated.
Yes. We will notify you of your results and discuss any necessary follow-up.

Telehealth

Yes, for select medical conditions.
No. Some conditions require an in-person examination.

Medical Records

Please complete a medical records authorization form. Processing times may vary.

Emergencies

Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately. Do not use our website or patient messaging for urgent or emergency medical concerns.
