On behalf of our staff, we would like to welcome you to Valencia Family Medicine & Express Care. We offer a team approach to healthcare for you and your family.
Our focus is to establish and maintain our patients' trust and to serve the healthcare needs of our community.
Our team will coordinate your healthcare by working together with specialty providers, consultants, visiting nurses, hospital physicians, community educators, hospice, midwives, complimentary healers, and family members to assure that you and your family receive the best possible care. We will work with community agencies to provide access to care, improve the health of the community, and maintain continuity of care.
We will strive to meet your health care needs on the day they arise. We offer walk-in visits, same day appointments, and telephone consults when appropriate. If we are unable to meet your medical needs, we will help coordinate evaluation in the emergency department or appropriate specialty clinic.
